The list would be too long to include all of his career accolades, but let’s see what other major records LeBron James, LBJ, ‘Bron, The King, The Chosen One, The Kid From Akron, or The GOAT has broken throughout his 20 year career<\/strong>…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LeBron James has just tied the all-time record for All-Star Game appearances with 19 and will be a Team Captain for the All-Star Game in Salt Lake City, Utah on Feb. 19th. LBJ also holds the record for most All-NBA selections with 18 and could add another one this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Playmaker at Heart<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Playing against the New York Knicks in Madison Square Garden on Jan. 31, “King” James passed both Mark Jackson and Steve Nash to become 4th on the NBA’s all-time assists leaderboard with 10,338 assists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LeBron is the only forward in the top-35 on the assists leaderboard. Scottie Pippen is the next forward on the list with 6,135 assists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Bron is the only player in the top-10 in assists that is also in the top-10 all-time in scoring. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In his 20th NBA season, LeBron has continued his streak for the most consecutive games scoring at least 10 points with 1,067 and has the most 20+ point games all-time with 1,136.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also in the Jan. 31st matchup against the Knicks, “King” James became the only player in NBA history to have a Triple Double in his 20th NBA season with his 28-point, 11 assists, and 10 rebound performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LeBron currently has 38,297 points, 10,560 rebounds, and 10,338 assists and counting. James is the only player in NBA history to have at least 30,000 points, 10,000 rebounds, and 10,000 assists and no other player in NBA history has at least 9,000 rebounds and 9,000 assists, regardless of points. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

LeBron’s Playoff Dominance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

“The King” has 15 playoff appearances and 10 NBA Finals appearances with the most playoff games and minutes played all-time. LeBron also has the most wins, points, steals, field goals made, and free throws made in playoff history. If ‘Bron can somehow lead the 13th-seed Lakers into the playoffs this season, he will continue to add to these nearly unbeatable playoff records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the 2016 NBA finals, “The Kid From Akron” led the Cleveland Cavaliers back from a 3-1 deficit for the first time in NBA finals history and also became the only player in NBA history to lead both teams in points, rebounds, assists, blocks, and steals in a playoff series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LBJ also holds the playoff record for 10 series sweeps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Closing in on Kareem <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

“King” James is just 89 points away from breaking the all-time scoring record held by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar with 38,387 career points. Kareem played only half of his 20-year career with a 3-pt line and still shattered the all-time scoring record, while LeBron is 9th all-time in 3-pointers made. However, in Kareem’s 20th season, he only averaged 14.6 Points Per Game (PPG). While this season, James averages 30.2 PPG, the 3rd highest PPG throughout a season in his 20-year career. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
