Romelu Lukaku is Belgium’s saviour. Rudi Garcia has recorded his first win as the Belgium manager. The Red Devils remain in the Nations League League A. For 70 minutes it looked like Ukraine were set to move up to the top tier, thanks to them keeping their 3-1 aggregate score unscathed but with one of his first touches, Maxim De Cuyper came on to slash the lead to one. It took only five minutes later for Lukaku to then level it over the two legs, with a smashing volley and with Ukraine trying to add a bit of calmness to the game, Lukaku struck again to score his second goal and put Belgium 4-3 up on aggregate. For so long it looked like Belgium were going to rue missed chances with an xG of 2.43 racked up compared to Ukraine’s 0.64. It is Belgium’s day as they have finally found some positivity after months of struggle.

Vanaken is now shown a yellow for the use of an elbow after going up for a header. It is deep in Ukraine's defensive half and they are going to have to smash it up the field.
