So, the full-time whistle goes and it's Arsenal who win 1-0 on the night and 4-2 on aggregate to book their place in the EFL Cup final at Wembley, where either Manchester City or Newcastle United await. It was far from a classic, an xG of 0.91 to 0.63 in favour of Arsenal telling that story, but the Gunners were absolutely resolute defensively. Chelsea had a solid enough game plan to stay in the game, then turn to the big guns off the bench, but ultimately it did not work. It looked as though it would result in a goalless draw, but Havertz's late counter means the Gunners head to the final with a win in both legs. They could now lift the EFL Cup for the first time since 1993, and they're still in the hunt for four trophies. They need a lot of pieces to fall into place to do that, of course, but for now, it's job done in this competition. Thanks for joining us folks, until next time!

It was a fantastic pass from Rice to pick out his team-mate on the break. And Havertz does the rest.
